This commercial license is an alternative to the open-source GNU Affero
General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0) under which JanuScope is also
available. It grants you rights to use, modify, and distribute JanuScope
without the AGPL's copyleft obligations.

GRANT OF LICENSE

This Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the terms of a valid commercial
license agreement between you (or your organization) and Altaire Limited, you
are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use, copy,
and deploy the Software solely for your internal business purposes.

RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly authorized under a separate written agreement with Altaire
Limited, you may NOT:

  1. Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the
     Software or any portion thereof to any third party.
  2. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
     create derivative works based on the Software.
  3. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary
     notices contained in or on the Software.
  4. Use the Software to provide a hosted, managed, or SaaS service to third
     parties without a separate OEM or reseller agreement.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
ALTAIRE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF,
OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
SOFTWARE.

GOVERNING LAW

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of England and Wales.
