I have been going there almost once every week in last three years. Food quality, quanttiy and rates have been very consistent. I generally order half biriyaani rice, single mudde and either chicken or mutton dish. They serve fast, the place is usally crowded between 1pm to 3pm. If you are looking for authentic karnataka food. This is the place. Raagi mudhe n naati koti kurma is the famous here. Taste is not so great. Raagi mudhe is good. Rice is cooked nicely. Rasam is like homemade rasam. Worth to mention the place is neatly maintained and clean. They do not display the menu. Be proactive in asking what is there on the menu. Biriyani served only on Sunday.  And they have two areas to serve, ground floor is for self service. First floor is for service. Very affordable and worth the money. Chicken thalli 130 Rs. Biriyani 130 Rs.
