• **No personal identifiers** (email, phone, location) are collected.

We use the data stored locally on your device to:  
• Track daily nutrition and exercise progress.  
• Personalize goal suggestions and motivational messages.  

3. Data Storage  
All information is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit or share your data with third parties.  

4. Third-Party Services  
Our App uses data from the USDA FoodData Central API for nutritional information. We do not share any personal data with the USDA. https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/.  

5. No Medical Advice  
This App is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes.  

6. Changes to This Policy  
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change.
