This Privacy Policy covers the GraceWay app ("the app", "GraceWay app") and any services that it accesses, stores data in, or transmits data to, including (but not limited to) Google Firebase, Google Cloud, GitHub, Microsoft Azure, Google Play Console, and Apple App Store Connect (the "Services").

## Making your experience personal.
When you create an account on the GraceWay app, the information we collect is for the purpose of offering a more personalized experience.

## How we use your data.
We do not share your personally identifiable data with any third-party advertisers or ad networks.

## Your privacy.
We make sure to analyze statistics about app usage we share in a way that protects your privacy. When this information is published, it is only in an aggregated form that does not disclose your personally identifiable information. In addition, the Services implement industry-standard security practices to keep your data safe. While we take precautions to protect user-generated data, we do not guarantee the security or privacy of user-generated data, whether stored encrypted or unencrypted. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.

## Dates Effective
This privacy policy covers all versions of the app released after 5 February 2022. The previous Privacy Policy (last modified 1 February 2019) covers all versions of the app released up to 5 February 2022. Usage of all data transmitted to or stored in the Services is covered by this privacy policy.

By accessing and/or otherwise using the GraceWay App you agree to this Privacy Policy and its terms and consent to having your data transferred to and processed by the app and the Services.

Your ability to access the GraceWay App is not contingent on you providing us with your personal information and you may decline to submit personal information to us, however, that may prohibit us from providing you with certain GraceWay App services and/or functionality.

## Facilitating Your Use of The GraceWay App
We use your personal data to authorize your Membership access to the GraceWay App if you are a Member. We also use your personal data to provide certain functionality of the GraceWay App depending on the functionality you use and choose and the personal data you agree to provide. We use the data that we have about you to provide, improve, and personalize the GraceWay App, including with the help of automated technologies and the inferences that we make from information we collect. 

## Security and Technical Issues
We use the data (which can include your communications) to investigate, respond to and resolve complaints and legal, security, and technical issues concerning the GraceWay App. We use your data and communications if we think it is necessary for security purposes or to investigate possible fraud or violations of law or this Privacy Policy and/or attempts to harm others. Automated systems may be used to moderate any user-generated content in the app including shared posts, notes, and direct messages. The app development and administration team reserves the right to investigate all instances of suspicious activity and permanently ban or limit access to the app of any user that engages in illegal, illicit, or otherwise potentially or apparently illegal activity. The app development and administration team also reserves the right to remove any user-generated content from the app for any reason.

## Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. We will post any changes to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will provide a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated.
