Given a reported incident and a GitHub repository, Encode diagnoses the root cause, drafts the smallest correct patch, runs the repository's own test suite against it, re-checks that the originally reported failure no longer reproduces, and opens a pull request. Its terminal action is always \"PR opened\" — it never merges and never deploys, so a human always reviews the change. Two tiers: triage ($0.20) returns root cause and severity only; fix ($0.50) returns triage plus a tested patch and an opened PR. Payment settles in USDC on Celo over x402 before work begins; verification depth is reported honestly, and an incident whose fix cannot be demonstrated is not reported as resolved.",
