`Agent Signal Bar`, the app icon, logo, and related visual identity are brand
assets of XiongYang Guan.

The Apache License 2.0 does not grant trademark, product-name, logo, or brand
identity rights.

## Allowed Uses

You may:

- Refer to the original project as `Agent Signal Bar`.
- Link to the official repository:
  https://github.com/guan-ops/Agent-Signal-Bar
- Use the name in factual descriptions, compatibility notes, reviews,
  tutorials, issue reports, and attribution.
- Use screenshots or GIFs to describe or review the original project, provided
  the use does not imply endorsement or official status.

## Uses That Require Permission

You need prior written permission to:

- Use `Agent Signal Bar` as the name of a modified app, fork, commercial
  product, hosted service, package, domain, or app listing.
- Use the app icon, logo, or visual identity for a modified or competing
  product.
- Present a modified build or redistributed package as an official Agent Signal
  Bar release.
- Use confusingly similar names, icons, logos, or branding that could make users
  think a fork or derivative product is official.

## Modified Distributions

If you publish a fork or modified build:

- Use a different app name.
- Replace the app icon, logo, and marketing artwork.
- State that your project is derived from Agent Signal Bar when attribution is
  appropriate.
- Do not imply endorsement by XiongYang Guan or the official Agent Signal Bar
  project.
