# Third-party notices

The appearance implementation under `vendor/appearance/` is maintained by gulagala001 and derives from [Oh My DSH](https://github.com/gulagala001/oh-my-dsh). Its author-owned appearance code is included in this distribution under the accompanying MIT license. This license covers this distribution, not unrelated files in the source repository. Runtime wiring and standalone defaults are adapted for this package. The included Glyph sources and DeepSeek whale contours retain their accompanying MIT licenses in `vendor/licenses/`.

The accompanying `vendor/font-licenses/` directory contains the licenses for bundled typefaces and symbols. Google Sans Flex, Google Sans Code, Noto Sans SC and JetBrains Mono font data are used under SIL Open Font License 1.1; Material Symbols Rounded uses Apache License 2.0. Subset font data may be embedded in the appearance CSS. System font stacks reference installed fonts without redistributing them.

A package's metadata can differ from its repository license; verify the actual source and asset licenses before redistribution.

Runtime libraries are used under their respective licenses: Acorn, acorn-walk, fflate, PostCSS, postcss-selector-parser, postcss-value-parser, semver, tar-stream and yaml (MIT), and Playwright (Apache-2.0). Native UI components are provided by the matching DeepSeek Harness host.
