DeepSeek Better Harness

This is an unofficial, community-maintained project. It is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or released by Qoder or DeepSeek. "Better Harness" and "DeepSeek
Harness" are used here only to identify the upstream project this work adapts
and the host it targets.

The packages in this repository adapt the three evidence-lane boundaries from
Better Harness (https://github.com/QoderAI/better-harness), an MIT-licensed
project by Qoder, into DeepSeek Harness skill bundles. No Better Harness source
code is bundled: its collectors, reconciliation engine, scoring, report
renderer, templates, product branding, and host adapters are not included here,
and these packages never claim any of them ran.

DeepSeek Harness (https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness) and Cordis
package names appear only as compatibility references.
