# Aether Trademark Policy

The name "Aether", the Aether logo, any associated logos, branding assets, and any confusingly similar names are trademarks of CluvexStudio and the Aether project.

The Aether source code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The AGPL-3.0 license grants permission to use, modify, and distribute the source code under its terms, but it does not grant permission to use the Aether name, logo, branding, or other project identity assets.

Use of the name "Aether", the Aether logo, or any name, logo, or branding that may cause confusion with the Aether project in derivative products, clients, distributions, forks, or related software requires prior written permission from the project maintainers.

Projects based on Aether may use the source code according to the AGPL-3.0 license, but they must use a different name and branding unless explicit permission has been granted.

Unauthorized use of the Aether name or branding may create confusion regarding the origin, affiliation, endorsement, or official status of a product and is not permitted without authorization.
