달림 (Dalim) 개인정보처리방침

본 방침은 달림 앱(이하 "앱")의 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 관한 사항을 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 외부 서버로 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 앱에서 기록한 모든 데이터(러닝 기록, GPS 경로, 구간 페이스, 대회·이벤트 기록)는 사용자의 iPhone에만 저장됩니다.

2. 위치 정보
앱은 사용자의 허가 하에 GPS 위치 정보를 수집합니다. 위치 정보는 러닝 경로 기록에만 사용되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 백그라운드 위치 수집은 러닝 중에만 활성화됩니다. 위치 권한은 언제든지 iPhone 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 위치 서비스에서 해제할 수 있습니다.

3. Apple 건강 앱 연동
앱은 사용자의 허가 하에 Apple 건강 앱에 러닝 기록(거리, 시간, 칼로리, 심박수)을 저장하고, 기존 러닝 기록을 가져오는 데 활용합니다. 건강 앱 연동은 언제든지 iPhone 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 건강에서 해제할 수 있습니다.

4. Apple Watch 연동
앱은 Apple Watch와 연동하여 심박수, 걸음수 등의 운동 데이터를 수집합니다. 이 데이터는 기기 간 통신에만 사용되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

5. 동작 및 피트니스
앱은 사용자의 허가 하에 걸음수 측정을 위해 동작 센서 데이터를 사용합니다. 이 데이터는 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.

6. 데이터 보안
모든 데이터는 기기 내 SwiftData 및 UserDefaults에 저장됩니다. 외부 서버로의 전송, 제3자 공유, 광고 목적 사용은 일절 없습니다.

7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
앱의 모든 데이터는 앱이 설치된 기간 동안 사용자의 기기에만 보관됩니다. 별도의 자동 삭제 기한은 없습니다.

데이터 삭제 방법:
- 개별 러닝 기록 삭제: 러닝 기록 상세 화면 → 삭제 버튼
- 앱 전체 데이터 삭제: iPhone에서 앱을 삭제하면 앱 관련 모든 데이터가 함께 영구 삭제됩니다.
- Apple 건강 앱 데이터: 건강 앱에서 직접 삭제하거나, iPhone 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 건강에서 달림의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy for Dalim

This policy describes how the Dalim app handles your information.

1. Data Collection
Dalim does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data you record (running sessions, GPS routes, pace splits, race and event logs) is stored exclusively on your iPhone.

2. Location
With your permission, Dalim accesses GPS location data to record your running route. This data is used solely for tracking your runs and is never transmitted to external servers. Background location access is only active during a running session. You can revoke this access at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.

3. Apple Health Integration
With your permission, Dalim saves running data (distance, duration, calories, heart rate) to Apple Health and can import existing running records. You can revoke this access at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

4. Apple Watch Integration
Dalim communicates with Apple Watch to receive workout data such as heart rate and step count. This data is used only for in-app display and is not transmitted to any external servers.

5. Motion & Fitness
With your permission, Dalim uses motion sensor data to measure step count during runs. This data is processed entirely on-device.

6. Data Security
All data is stored locally using SwiftData and UserDefaults. We do not share your data with third parties, use it for advertising, or transmit it anywhere outside your device.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
All data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. There is no automatic expiry or scheduled deletion.

How to delete your data:
- Delete individual runs: Open a run's detail screen and tap the Delete button.
- Delete all app data: Uninstalling Dalim from your iPhone permanently removes all associated data.
- Apple Health data: Delete it directly from the Health app, or revoke Dalim's access via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
