본 방침은 하루 스도쿠 앱(이하 "앱")의 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 관한 사항을 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱에서 만든 모든 데이터(풀이 기록, 진행 중인 퍼즐, 출석 도장, 설정)는 사용자의 iPhone에만 저장됩니다.

2. 계정·광고·분석
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 광고를 표시하지 않으며, 광고 식별자나 분석·추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 알림
사용자가 설정에서 매일 알림을 켠 경우에만, 사용자의 허가 하에 로컬 알림을 보냅니다. 알림은 기기 안에서만 예약·생성되며 외부 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 알림은 앱 설정 또는 iPhone 설정 → 알림에서 언제든지 끌 수 있습니다.

4. 데이터 보안
모든 데이터는 기기 내 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 외부 서버로의 전송, 제3자 공유, 광고 목적 사용은 일절 없습니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
앱의 모든 데이터는 앱이 설치된 기간 동안 사용자의 기기에만 보관됩니다. 별도의 자동 삭제 기한은 없습니다.

데이터 삭제 방법:
- 앱 전체 데이터 삭제: iPhone에서 앱을 삭제하면 앱 관련 모든 데이터가 함께 영구 삭제됩니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 연령과 관계없이 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy for Haru Sudoku

This policy describes how the Haru Sudoku app handles your information.

1. Data Collection
Haru Sudoku does not collect any personal information or transmit it to external servers. All data created in the app (puzzle records, puzzles in progress, attendance stamps, settings) is stored exclusively on your iPhone.

2. Accounts, Ads and Analytics
Haru Sudoku does not require sign-up or login. It shows no ads and does not use advertising identifiers, analytics, or tracking tools.

3. Notifications
Only if you turn on the daily reminder in Settings, and with your permission, Haru Sudoku sends local notifications. They are scheduled and generated entirely on-device and do not involve any external servers. You can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or via iPhone Settings → Notifications.

4. Data Security
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not share your data with third parties, use it for advertising, or transmit it anywhere outside your device.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
All data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. There is no automatic expiry or scheduled deletion.

How to delete your data:
- Delete all app data: Uninstalling Haru Sudoku from your iPhone permanently removes all associated data.

6. Children's Privacy
Haru Sudoku does not collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age.

本ポリシーは、はるスドクアプリ(以下「アプリ」)における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報
アプリは利用者の個人情報を収集せず、外部サーバーへ送信しません。アプリで作成されたすべてのデータ(解いた記録、途中の問題、出席スタンプ、設定)は利用者のiPhoneにのみ保存されます。

2. アカウント・広告・分析
アプリは会員登録やログインを求めません。広告を表示せず、広告識別子や分析・トラッキングツールを使用しません。

3. 通知
利用者が設定で毎日の通知をオンにした場合に限り、利用者の許可のもとでローカル通知を送ります。通知は端末内でのみ予約・生成され、外部サーバーを経由しません。通知はアプリの設定、またはiPhoneの設定 → 通知からいつでもオフにできます。

4. データの安全性
すべてのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信、第三者への提供、広告目的での利用は一切ありません。

5. データの保管と削除
アプリのデータは、アプリがインストールされている間、利用者の端末にのみ保管されます。自動削除の期限はありません。

データの削除方法:
- すべてのデータの削除: iPhoneからアプリを削除すると、アプリに関するすべてのデータが完全に削除されます。

6. 子どもの個人情報
アプリは年齢にかかわらず、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。
