# Harness Lens Trademark Policy

The names "Harness Lens", "HarnessLens", and "harness-lens", the
Harness Lens logo, and associated visual identities are trademarks or
brand assets of Cristian Camargo Filho.

Copyright and license rights in the Harness Lens source code are
addressed separately in COPYRIGHT and LICENSE. The Mozilla Public
License 2.0 applies to Covered Software; it does not grant permission
to use Harness Lens trademarks, logos, or branding except as reasonably
necessary to identify the origin of the software.

## Permitted uses

You may:

- state that software uses Harness Lens;
- state that software is compatible with Harness Lens;
- identify a fork as being derived from Harness Lens;
- retain required copyright, license, and historical attribution.

## Restricted uses

You may not use Harness Lens branding in a way that:

- implies that a fork is the official Harness Lens project;
- implies endorsement by Harness Lens, its maintainers, or Cristian Camargo Filho;
- represents another product as Harness Lens;
- uses the official Harness Lens logo as the primary identity of an
  independent fork or product without authorization.
