    "motivations": "I became a DRep because Cardano is entering a phase where judgment matters more than momentum. I’ve watched ecosystems reward compelling narratives while overlooking operational reality, long term maintenance, and accountability. As someone who builds and operates systems, I’m motivated by delivery over promises and resilience over hype.\n\nI’m comfortable voting against proposals when incentives are misaligned, outcomes are vague, or accountability is unclear, even if those proposals are popular. I don’t represent a project, a VC, or a social circle. I represent the belief that treasury funds should strengthen the ecosystem’s foundations and compound its long-term health.\n\nMy motivation is simple: if Cardano succeeds, it should be because it was governed deliberately.",
