We deeply understand the importance of user privacy and are committed to protecting the security of your personal information and creative content. 1. Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to MindNote and all its functional modules, including mind map editing, outline notes, export, and sharing features.

The App is designed to operate entirely offline and locally. All note content and mind map data are stored only on your device and in your iCloud account (if enabled by you). The App does not upload, transmit, or store your notes, drafts, recognition records, or any other data to external servers, cloud services, or third-party platforms.

2. Information Collection and Use
2.1 Local Data Storage
To enable mind mapping and outline note functionality, the App creates, saves, and manages note files locally on your device.

All note content—including text, node structures, theme styles, and formatting—is stored solely on your device and remains fully under your control.

We do not collect, record, upload, or share any of your note content.

2.2 Optional Permission Requests
Photo/Library Access: Requested only when you actively choose to “Insert Image” from your photo library.
All sensitive permissions are disabled by default and are activated only upon your explicit consent. You may revoke these permissions at any time via your device’s system settings.
2.3 Logs and Diagnostic Information (if applicable)
If the App includes local diagnostic logs (used for crash analysis or performance optimization), such logs are stored exclusively on your device and are never automatically sent to the developers or any third party.

You may view or delete these logs at any time through your device’s file system.

3. Data Security
All note data is stored solely on your personal device. The App does not provide any form of cloud synchronization, online backup, or remote access functionality.

You may permanently delete all data at any time through your device settings or within the App.

4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or tracking SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, Umeng, etc.).

We do not share, sell, or exchange your data with any external services.

5. Children’s Privacy
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian, please supervise minors’ use of the App.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to feature enhancements or legal requirements. The revised policy will be published within the App’s “About” section or on our official website, along with its effective date.

In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via an in-app alert.
