# QA and repair

- Validate IR structure, frame rate, duration, media references and delivery targets.
- Inspect font availability, glyph coverage, overflow, hierarchy and safe areas.
- Inspect black frames, flicker, transitions, timing, audio clipping and synchronization.
- Record each defect with category, severity, scene ID, frame range, repair owner and retest requirement.
- Repair only affected components where possible.
- Enforce bounded retries; escalate unresolved critical defects to a human reviewer.
- Do not mark delivery complete without a verified final export.
