## Camera and Photo Library Access

Portscape Camera requests the following permissions only to provide core app functionality:

- Camera access: to capture video.
- Photo Library add access: to save recordings to your Photos library.

Video files you create are saved on your device and managed by Apple Photos based on your device settings.

## Analytics and Tracking

- No cross-app tracking.
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No user profiling for ads.

## Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with data brokers or advertisers.

## Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no server-side personal data retention by us.

Any media you capture is stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync via your own iCloud/Apple services.
