This Privacy Policy explains how MedSprint Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MedSprint app and purchase MedSprint Premium.

We collect minimal data required to deliver app functionality, including:
- Device information (e.g. model, OS version) for app performance and crash reporting.
- Usage data such as question activity, feature engagement, and subscription status.
- Purchase information (subscription type, renewal dates) from Apple App Store API — no payment details are stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Provide and personalise study features;
- Verify Premium subscription status;
- Improve app quality and user experience;
- Communicate critical updates or feature changes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security
All information is securely stored using Apple-approved frameworks and encrypted connections (HTTPS / App Store Kit).
No sensitive data is shared outside the Apple ecosystem.

4. Analytics
Anonymous analytics may be collected to understand app performance and usage trends.
This data cannot identify individual users.

5. Your Choices
You can:
- Disable analytics via device settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking).
- Manage or delete app data by uninstalling the app.
- Manage subscription data in your Apple ID > Subscriptions panel.

6. Children’s Privacy
MedSprint is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in-app before changes take effect.
