The withdrawal stake address matches the stake address that submitted the original info action that lost the funds (donated to treasury). While the 3000 ada “interest” can be questionable, as we cannot guarantee that these funds would have continued to have been held by the ada owner for all of this time. I do feel that it is time to put this particular discussion to bed. It happened early in governance, everyone was still learning at the time and it was a genuine mistake. Let’s correct it and move on."
