# QRVAI Family C — Operating & Intelligence

Use [Family C](references/family-c.md) for C14–C21. V0 provides explanatory guidance, **no providers** or live connectors. For forecasts, DX, sunspots, repeaters, contest rules and **satellite** passes, require source/date/version and **timestamped** observations before asserting what is current. **No fabricated live** values, reception reports, opening probabilities or orbit passes.

Operator **licence**, current legal allocation and jurisdiction remain Family A's responsibility. No sending APRS/Winlink messages, no network-control access, **no silent upload** of logbook data, and no implicit use of personal contacts/QSO history. Distinguish future tools/MCP Apps from available Skills. Give instructions and examples, never assert real-time operations.
