So, how could the new @getgrav 1.7 user management feature be setup for multiple editors for my Grav Open MultiCourse Hub, so each user can have editing access to one or more courses? Below is sample MultiCourse Hub with three different courses (CPT363-1, CPT363-2 and CPT363-3)๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ January 4, 2021

One approach would be to set up Admin Panel users as usual, so for this example let's create two example users (i.e. course editors): cpt363-1 and cpt363-2๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ pic.twitter.com/pyH3OWkpwq

Then, we could set up two groups, which is where we would select specific permissions to be shared with all editors๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ pic.twitter.com/DBEbDpKx6P

Next, for each of our previously created users, we can assign them to a group and based on Pages (folders) modify these setting to include the ability to also Create, Update, and Delete pages๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ pic.twitter.com/PqNuv1CsHJ

And really, that's it! With this example user cpt363-1 could edit any page of CPT363-1 (first image shown), while only being able to view pages in CPT-363-2 (second image shown)๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ All pages not assigned to a group can be edited by all editors. pic.twitter.com/u5oRaaTimJ
