# MOVO Community License

MOVO is made available under the Apache License, Version 2.0, subject to the
additional conditions below. If an additional condition conflicts with the
Apache License, the additional condition controls for MOVO.

## Additional conditions

1. Commercial use is permitted, including internal enterprise deployment,
   secondary development, delivery as part of an enterprise solution, and use
   as a backend for another application. A separate written commercial license
   from MOVO is required for either of the following uses:

   a. **Multi-tenant SaaS.** You may not use MOVO or a derivative work to
      provide a hosted multi-tenant software-as-a-service offering to third
      parties. For this condition, a tenant is an organization or workspace
      whose data and configuration are logically separated from those of other
      organizations or workspaces in the same hosted service. Separate
      single-tenant deployments operated for different customers are not a
      multi-tenant service under this definition.

   b. **Logo and copyright notices.** When using or distributing the MOVO
      frontends, you may not remove, obscure, replace, or modify the MOVO logo
      or MOVO copyright notices. The frontends are the source under
      `apps/user-web/` and `apps/admin-web/`, and the container images built
      from those directories. This condition does not apply to uses that do
      not include either frontend.

   c. **OEM, white-label, and rebranded platform sales.** Without a separate
      written commercial license from MOVO, you may not offer, license, or sell
      MOVO or a derivative work as the primary product to third parties in the
      form of an OEM, white-label, or rebranded enterprise Agent platform.

2. By intentionally submitting a contribution for inclusion in MOVO, you
   agree that:

   a. the contribution may be used in MOVO's commercial products and services;
      and

   b. MOVO may make future versions of this license more or less restrictive.
      A license change does not retroactively alter the license already granted
      for an earlier published version.

Except for these additional conditions, the rights and restrictions of the
Apache License, Version 2.0 apply. The Apache License, Version 2.0 is available
at https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.
