This privacy policy explains how AI Tomo Connection handles user data.

## Data We Collect

The app may collect or store the following data:

- User profile data such as display name, MBTI, age, gender, occupation, hobby, personality, speech style, and profile text
- AI Tomo profile data such as name, MBTI, image, profile text, personality, and relationship state
- Chat messages, group chat messages, relationship status, affinity scores, and game progress
- Purchase information such as product ID, purchase token, transaction ID, and subscription status
- Anonymous device identifier used to create and maintain an account
- Push notification token when notifications are enabled
- Technical logs needed to operate and debug the service

## How We Use Data

We use data to:

- Provide individual chats, group chats, AI Tomo relationships, notifications, and game features
- Generate AI replies using profile, relationship, and recent chat context
- Verify purchases and apply paid benefits
- Prevent abuse and excessive use
- Improve app quality and investigate issues

## Third-Party Services

The app may send necessary data to the following services:

- OpenAI: to generate AI chat replies and related text
- Apple App Store: to process and verify iOS purchases and subscriptions
- Google Play: to process and verify Android purchases and subscriptions
- Expo: to deliver push notifications and support app builds
- Hosting provider: to run the backend server

Only the data needed for each feature is sent.

## Images

Images selected by the user may be stored locally or in app/server storage for AI Tomo icons. Video generation and background removal are disabled in the current release.

## Purchases

Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled by Apple, Google Play, or another payment provider. The app receives only purchase verification data and entitlement status.

## Data Deletion

Users can delete local save data or permanently delete their cloud account from the app's Settings screen. Account deletion removes the cloud profile, AI Tomo data, balances, conversations, and local save data associated with the anonymous device account. Purchase transaction identifiers may be retained where necessary to prevent duplicate entitlement grants, fraud, or to meet legal obligations. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled in the applicable store.

## Children

The app is not intended for children who cannot use the service without guardian consent under applicable law.
