## Scope Notes

- `bun test` is the canonical local/CI red-green path and is intentionally scoped to `tests/`.
- `bun run test:all` remains available for broader vendor-tree sweeps, but it is not the default merge gate.
- Postgres / pgvector environment-dependent validation remains owner-managed and is not part of this gate.
