# Decision Matrix

Run only when explicitly invoked. Structure the supplied decision; do not take
the resulting action.

1. Confirm two to six concrete options.
2. Elicit four to eight criteria, including reversibility or optionality when
   relevant.
3. Assign weights totaling 100 and explain each weight.
4. Score each option from 1 to 10 with a reason in every cell.
5. Compute weighted totals.
6. Vary the most contestable weights and identify the smallest change that
   flips the winner.
7. Compare the numerical result with the user's reaction; a sinking reaction
   is evidence of a missing criterion, not permission to ignore the matrix.

If close options remain within the uncertainty of their scores, return the
tiebreaker question instead of manufacturing a winner.
