# iA-Fonts

# iA-Fonts

The iA Writer fonts are bundled with [iA Writer for Android, Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and iOS](https://ia.net/writer/). iA Writer is the only text editor with which we approve bundling these fonts.

Our usage guidelines are:

1. Do not create text editors that bundle our fonts or use them as their default typefaces. This includes minimalist text editors.
2. Do not distribute renamed versions of our fonts with only minor changes.
3. If you want a similar typeface for your editor, use [IBM Plex](https://github.com/IBM/type).
4. You may install iA Writer fonts as custom fonts for personal use in other text editors. Do not redistribute them with those editors.
5. Do not distribute plugins, themes, or other products that imitate iA Writer, whether paid or free.
