# Brand and media assets

The root MIT licence applies to Glyphloop's software and documentation unless
a file says otherwise. It does not grant rights to the Glyphloop marks or to
the brand, demonstration, and marketing media identified below.

## Reserved brand assets

The following are not licensed under MIT and may not be reused to brand a fork,
product, or service:

- `brand/`
- `site/wordmark.png`
- `site/og.png`
- corresponding copies produced in `deploy/`

Glyphloop name.

## Demonstration and marketing media

Grant Brown confirms that the project-controlled assets in these paths were
created for Glyphloop using a combination of AI-assisted design, image
generation, and Glyphloop's own renderer, and authorizes their publication with
this repository. This statement records the project's publication permission;
it does not make a broader claim about the copyright status of AI-generated
material in every jurisdiction.

The following are included to demonstrate the project but are not offered for
reuse under the MIT licence:

- `site/painting.jpg`
- `site/assets/`
- corresponding generated copies in `deploy/`

This exclusion includes images, video, and rendered frame data derived from
those media. Do not redistribute or reuse them outside the Glyphloop project
unless you have permission from the relevant rights holder.

Fonts and other resources loaded from third-party services remain subject to
their own terms and licences.

## User inputs and outputs

Glyphloop claims no ownership in content you import or animations you export.
You may use exported animations commercially without attribution, subject to
any rights applicable to your source materials. The generated Glyphloop embed
player is software distributed under the root MIT licence.
