# Glyphloop trademarks

The MIT licence covers Glyphloop's software, not its identity.

"Glyphloop", the Glyphloop wordmark, logos, and related visual identity are
marks claimed by Grant Brown. They are not represented here as registered
trademarks. No permission is granted to use them in a way that suggests a fork,
modified version, product, or service is the official Glyphloop project or is
endorsed by it.

You may use the name in truthful, nominative references—for example, to say
that software is compatible with Glyphloop or based on Glyphloop—provided the
reference does not imply endorsement. Forks should use their own name and
branding.
