This license applies to the software in this repository except where a file
states another license or is identified as third-party material in
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the source code, scripts, documentation, configuration, and
other material distributed by the copyright holder under this license.

"Derivative" means any modified, adapted, translated, compiled, bundled, or

or otherwise receiving payment or consideration primarily for access to,

non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:

  a. use the Software for any lawful purpose;

  b. make and use Derivatives for any lawful purpose;

     your own audiovisual content, including paid short dramas and other videos.

No trademark rights are granted. You may not represent a Derivative as an

You may not engage in Commercial Resale of the Software or any Derivative.
This includes without limitation:

  a. charging a fee to distribute, install, unlock, or provide access to the
     Software or a Derivative;

  b. selling the Software or a Derivative as a standalone plugin, bundled
     product, template pack, course resource, or paid marketplace item;

  c. uploading the Software or a Derivative to a paid plugin marketplace or
     charging customers for licenses to it.

Charging separately for your own production services that use the Software to
create original audiovisual content is permitted, provided you do not thereby
sell or redistribute the Software itself.

4. REDISTRIBUTION CONDITIONS

If you distribute the Software or a Derivative, you must:

  a. provide it free of charge;

  b. include this license and all copyright and attribution notices;

  c. clearly mark modified versions as modified;

  d. not remove license, attribution, or third-party notices; and

  e. require every recipient to comply with this license.

You may not sublicense the Software under terms that grant rights broader than
this license.

5. OUTPUTS

This license does not claim ownership of audiovisual or other output that you
create using the Software. Any third-party models, nodes, workflows, reference
assets, or other materials used with the Software remain governed by their own
licenses and terms.

6. CONTRIBUTIONS

Unless a contribution is accompanied by an explicit written statement to the
contrary, any contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the
Software is licensed to the copyright holder under this license.

7. TERMINATION

Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you violate it. Upon
termination, you must stop distributing the Software and Derivative. Rights in
original audiovisual content you created before termination are not revoked by
this section, subject to any third-party terms.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM ERRORS.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES
ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR YOUR USE OF IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. NO OTHER RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by the copyright
holder.
