Notes:
- Current live shared-folder states report `isMounted=false` and `isExported=true`.
- Added a service patch to converge stale local-share cleanup when bind mount is absent and usershare deletion fails, plus tests.
- Patch requires redeploy/restart before rerunning this gate.

Notes:
- Gate blocked at the same convergence failure before App Grid scenarios.
- Applied additional local-share convergence hardening: only hard-fail remove when mount is still active; stale usershare failures now log warning and continue DB convergence.
- Added/updated tests:
  - `lib/server/modules/files/__tests__/local-sharing.test.ts`
  - `app/api/v1/files/shared/folders/[shareId]/__tests__/route.test.ts`
- App Grid/Store module code changes are complete and unit-tested, but live-gate verification needs redeploy/restart first.
