Send Browser TV is a utility app that allows users to browse the web, download APK files on their smartphone, and send/install them on a TV or TV Stick over a local Wi-Fi network using ADB (Android Debug Bridge) over TCP port 5555. We are committed to protecting your privacy. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT Send Browser TV does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically: • We do NOT collect personal information (name, email, phone number, address, etc.) • We do NOT collect device identifiers (Advertising ID, IMEI, etc.) • We do NOT collect analytics or usage statistics • We do NOT use tracking technologies, cookies, or pixels for tracking purposes • We do NOT collect browsing history — all browsing activity within the built-in browser stays on your device • We do NOT use third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.) • We do NOT serve advertisements • We do NOT sell, rent, or share any data with third parties ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 4. DATA THAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE The following data is generated and used locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party: a) Downloaded files (APKs) APK files you download through the built-in browser are saved locally on your device (in the app's internal folder or a user-selected folder via Android Storage Access Framework). These files are under your full control. b) IP addresses of TVs / TV Sticks When you use the Manual IP or Auto Scan feature, IP addresses of devices on your local network are used solely to establish an ADB connection. These addresses are not stored persistently, logged, or transmitted outside your local network. c) ADB connection data The App communicates with your TV / TV Stick over your local Wi-Fi network using the ADB protocol (TCP 5555). This communication occurs exclusively within your local network and does not pass through any external server. d) Browser cache and cookies The built-in browser (GeckoView) may store temporary cache and cookies locally on your device, as any standard browser does. This data is never accessed or transmitted by us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 5. PERMISSIONS The App may request the following Android permissions: • INTERNET Required to browse the web in the built-in browser and to communicate with your TV / TV Stick over the local Wi-Fi network. • ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE Required to detect network connectivity and identify the local subnet for the Auto Scan feature. • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (if applicable) Required on older Android versions to save downloaded APK files to device storage. • MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (if applicable) May be required on Android 11+ to access files in shared storage. • FOREGROUND_SERVICE (if applicable) May be used to keep downloads or ADB transfers running reliably in the background. No permission is used to collect or transmit personal data. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App uses the GeckoView engine (by Mozilla) to render web pages in the built-in browser. GeckoView runs locally on your device. Please refer to Mozilla's privacy policy for information about the GeckoView engine: https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/ The App does NOT integrate any other third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect user data. When browsing the web inside the App, you may visit third-party websites that have their own privacy policies. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Send Browser TV is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any data at all, no data from children is collected. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 8. DATA SECURITY Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no risk of a data breach from our side. All operations (browsing, downloading, ADB connections) are performed locally on your device and within your local Wi-Fi network. Please note that the ADB connection between your phone and your TV / TV Stick is not encrypted. We recommend using the App only on trusted private Wi-Fi networks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 9. DATA RETENTION We do not retain any data. All data generated by the App (downloads, cache, connection information) is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time by: • Clearing the App's data/cache in Android Settings • Uninstalling the App • Manually deleting downloaded files ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 10. YOUR RIGHTS Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. However, you have full control over all data stored locally on your device. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
