# SteamBee Contributor License Agreement

This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to every code,
documentation, design, translation, test, or other contribution
("Contribution") submitted to SteamBee.

By submitting a pull request and affirming this Agreement in the pull request
template, you agree to the following terms:

1. You represent that you are legally entitled to submit the Contribution. If
   an employer or another party has rights in it, you represent that you have
   received permission to make the grants in this Agreement.
2. You retain ownership of your Contribution.
3. You grant the SteamBee project owner, publicly identified as `ill-yes`, and
   its successors a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable,
   royalty-free copyright license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative
   works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, relicense, and
   distribute the Contribution. This grant includes distribution under the
   project's open-source license and under separate proprietary or commercial
   terms.
4. Where you own patent claims necessarily infringed by your Contribution, you
   grant the project owner and recipients of the Contribution a perpetual,
   worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free patent license to make,
   use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer the Contribution.
5. The Contribution is provided without warranties or conditions, except that
   you knowingly make the representations in this Agreement.
6. The project owner is not required to use or accept the Contribution and may
   request a separately signed agreement before accepting a substantial
   Contribution.
