This License governs the use of two distinct components of the InfinityPhones 
project: the compiled Java Program (.jar binary) and the digital assets 
(Resource Pack containing 3D models, JSON configurations, and textures).

By installing, downloading, or using any part of this project, you agree to 
be bound by the terms below.

SECTION A: THE PROGRAM (Java Binary / .jar)

1. PROPRIETARY & CLOSED SOURCE
   - The source code of the InfinityPhones plugin is completely proprietary 
     and PRIVATE. No open access, viewing, or editing rights are granted.
   - You are granted a license to run the compiled .jar binary solely for 
     personal or public non-commercial Minecraft server operations.

2. REVERSE ENGINEERING PROHIBITION
   - You MAY NOT decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt 
     to derive the source code from the compiled .jar binary under any 
     circumstances.

3. DISTRIBUTION RESTRICTIONS
   - You MAY NOT redistribute, re-upload, leak, lease, sell, or sub-license 
     the .jar binary to any third party or platform (e.g., SpigotMC, forums).

SECTION B: THE ASSETS (Resource Pack / 3D Models / Textures)

1. PUBLIC ACCESS & LIMITED USE
   - The Resource Pack files hosted at 'infunv/infinityphone-public' and Modrinth 
     are open for public download, client-side installation, and integration 
     via server resource-pack systems.
   - You are allowed to inspect and use the Resource Pack files to ensure 
     compatibility with your own server environment.

2. NON-COMMERCIAL & DERIVATIVE RESTRICTIONS
   - You MAY NOT sell, monetize, or use the 3D models, JSON configs, or 
     textures for any commercial server features or paid store elements.
   - You MAY NOT extract the 3D models or textures to use them in standalone 
     packs or projects not explicitly tied to the InfinityPhones plugin.

SECTION C: GENERAL TERMS (Applies to both Program and Assets)

1. TERMINATION
   - Any breach of Section A or Section B automatically terminates your rights 
     under this license. Upon termination, you must immediately delete all 
     copies of the Program and Assets.

2. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
   THE SOFTWARE AND ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES 
   ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PROJECT.
