Ἀναστασίου Ἀμιβέλλου θήκη. +

The tomb of Anastasios, the son of Amibellos.

Ἀναστασίου Ἀμιβέλλου θήκη.

Gray and white marble plaque with very large crystals, broken on the bottom. The front only is smooth, and the sides are beveled inward towards the back. An epitaph in three lines survives intact, with a cross at the end of the text. Letters are deeply cut but irregular, and the word in line 3 is more carelessly carved and placed off center to the right.
