Upper left corner of a gray marble plaque. Both faces are smooth. The beginnings of the first two lines of an epitaph survive, with a cross at the beginning of line 1. Letters are poorly cut within guidelines ca. 42 mm apart, spaced ca. 8 mm apart. An unused guideline runs through the lower part of line 1.
