This is a complete tombstone inscription. The standard Greek opening "Be of good courage" is followed by the name and age of the deceased. The name Ηωρια is unfamiliar, although similar names are attested. The reading might be Ηωνα or Ηωμα. Dimensions given are for entire stone.
