One of thirteen Greek mosaic inscriptions found at a Christian church at Evron. The church was constructed in three stages, the first in the 415 CE, the second in 442-443 CE, and the third in 490 CE. The name Marinos is of Latin origin. Abbreviations are marked with an S symbol. The inscription makes use of lunate sigmas.
