Ἐν τοῖς θείοις τούτοις τόποις μνήσθωσιν Κυρνανὸς καὶ Ἠσάκιος συμφυλεὺς σύμμαχοι φίλοι

In these divine places may be remembered Kyrananus (?) and Isaac (his) fellow-conuntryman, friends and comrades in arms.
