The inscription is engraved on the whole surface of the slab. The lenght of the lines varies from 35 to 39 cm

The letters belong to the round alphabet and the quality of the engraving is remarkably good. No abbreviation signs are used

Ἐν τῷ καλῷ τόπῳ μνησθῇ Ἱέριος μετὰ τῆς συμβίου καὶ τέκνων κα Ἰουλινὸς καὶ Εὐτοκία σύμβιος.

In this beautiful place may Hierius be remembered, with (his) wife and children, and Julian and (his) wife Eutocia.
