Marble slab, smoothed front and partially smoothed back.

Script deeply incised. Alpha has a broken cross bar. Right diagonal line of alpha and lambda is extended upwards. Beta has no intermediate bar. Vertical bar of upsilon is almost inexistent. In line 1, only half omega is carved.
