Four fragments glued together

Alpha with v-shaped crossbar. Diagonal stroke of alpha and lambda is slightly extended upwards. Kappa has curved legs. Rounded sigma and omega.

Λαζαρου καὶϹηλαπτιωνο τέκνα Ϲύμωνος

(Grave/tomb) of Lazaros and Selaption, children of Simon.

The letters ΤΕΚΑ may be interpreted as τέκνα, if the carver forgot the nu, or τε και, if the iota was forgotten, although this second interpretation is more unusual in inscriptions. See inscription Jaff 0037 for the name of the father.
