White limestone slab, smoothed front and back with rough edges; concave face.

Broken on top, text fully preserved

Carvings are shallow and inconsistent. Three styles of alpha, with straight cross-bar, broken cross-bar and one that slants upward from bottom left hasta. Rounded epsilon and sigma, stick-figure psi.

Memorial belonging to Babaeis? and Hezekiah, cousins (or nephews?) of Isaac Kozonos?

The word άνεψιοῖς in line 3 means cousin in classical Greek, but after 3rd century CE, it also meant nephew. The name Isaac Kozonos may also be found in Jaff 0037. It is unclear why his name appears in the inscription.
