Jaffa, 4th-6th century CE. Tombstone. Funerary.

White limestone with reddish tint, rough unfinished back and edges.

Letters deeply incised, most of them with serifs. Alpha of two types, with broken cross-bar and cursive. Right diagonal line of delta extends upwards. Cursive xi. Rounded omega. Upsilon in line 2 is very oddly shaped and has a dot on it. Two dots appears also on the iota in the same line.
