Ossuary has a red and yellow wash, low feet, and flat lid. Ornamentation on the chest's front side consists of two metopes in zigzag frames, both containing twelve-petalled rosettes within zigzag circles, and a large zigzag instead of a triglyph. The inscription is incised on the chest's right side, picked out in blue-black. The name appears along with its Hebrew form on another ossuary from this tomb.
