Damaged ossuary has inner ledge on three sides and flat lid. Ornamentation, on the chest's front side, consists of two metopes in zigzag frames, each containing a zigzag circle containing a knocker or handle ring with attachments indicated above, and a six-petalled rosette within a differently carved six-petalled rosette at center. The two letters are inscribed, one in each of the metopes' upper inner corners. They might be the initials of the deceased. The flat lid was not intended for this ossuary; it doesn't require the inner ledge and it covers over a mark on the right rim of the chest.
