Ossuary has inner ledge on three sides and a fragmentary flat, sliding lid. Name is inscribed on the chest's right side. The size of the ossuary indicates that it was intended for the remains of a child or adolescent, which supports the interpretation of קריה not as the word meaning "lady," but as a name derived from it. It is attested in Greek, as Κυρία, in Egypt, and at Bet She'arim in Jewish script. It appears on another ossuary from the same tomb group.
