The two inscriptions on this potsherd appear to be written by two different people. The first inscription is illegible as none of the letters have a shape typical of the Second Temple Period.If the third character in the second inscription is ו the word is in Hebrew, but if it is י, it is Aramaic. The other possibility is that it is part of a proper name or the word potter (קדרא).
