Ἐπὶ Σιλουανοῦ θεοφιλεστάτου διακόνου καὶ ἡγουμένου ἡ παροῦσα ψήφωσις ἐγένετο καὶ κόγχη καὶ ἡ προσθήκη τοῦ ναοῦ μκος πήχεις ψους πχεις ς μνήσθητ μου Κύριε ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ σου.
