The letters kaf and waw are archaic in form. The name מלכו (Maliku) is a common name both in Nabataean and Palmyrene, and is also found in the Aramaic ostraca from Tel Arad and Tel Beersheeba. Preliminary Publication: Naveh and Magen 1997; p. 13*, no. 18.
