+ Κατητήθη ὁ μακάριος Κασισέος Στεφάνου ἐν μηνὶ Πανήμου δεκάτη ἰνδικτιῶνος ιε᾿ τοῦ ἔτους ΥΟΖ βιώμηνως κζ᾿ μικροῦ πρὸς Χριστὲ ὁ Θεὸς ἀνάπαυσον αὐτόν.
