Ἐπὶ Θεοδοσίου πρεσβυτέρου ἐκτίσθη ὁ τόπος εἰρήνη εἰρήνη ἡ εἰσοδός σου κὲ ἡ ἔξοδός σου γένοιτο, ἀμήν. +

Under Theodosius the priest this place was built. Lord, peace, peace may be your coming in and your going out, amen.

The second part of the inscription is from Deutoronomy 28:6
